Terms & Conditions

Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. We would also like to mention that any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.

All goods remain the property of ‘Beautiful Soul Ltd.’ until paid for in full.

We do not accept any liability for damage caused to software or computer hardware that may be caused from downloading any information or images from this site. Due to the nature of recycling materials, no two pieces are identical, which is what creates ‘Beautiful Souls’ unique signature.

Designs that incorporate recycled materials often show signs of natural wear and tear. It is in the change of texture and colour that allows each design to be unique from any other. This is a design feature. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an Email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Safety Warning

‘Beautiful Soul’ jewellery should not be worn by children under the age of five years, as small parts may represent a choking hazard. Jewellery pieces are not toys and should not be given to babies or very young children to play with. Jewellery should never be worn overnight.

‘Beautiful Soul’ jewellery should not be worn by children without parental consent.

‘Beautiful Soul’ earring clasps are sourced in South Africa. If you have ever suffered an allergic reaction to earrings, or suffer with a skin condition, please exercise precaution before wearing any ‘Beautiful Soul’ earrings.

Care Instructions

Designs that incorporate recycled materials are often of a delicate nature. Everything is washed and restored sympathetically before it can be transformed in to a finished piece. We would highly recommend washing your purchase by hand, or having it dry cleaned, in order to preserve it. Treat it with care.

Images and Photography

We have taken great care to ensure that the reproduction of styles, colours and products are as accurate as the photographic, online and print process will allow and that the descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, variations may occur and you need to be aware of this.

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver your purchase to you within one week of receiving your order, residents outside the UK please allow up to ten days. We will email you when your order has been dispatched (This is subject to the Royal Mail, First Class Postal service).

Within the UK

All orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail signed for delivery. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by Royal Mail for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. You must collect your parcel within the set time outlined by Royal Mail, after this time Royal Mail will return your parcel to us. Once you receive your email notification of your order dispatch, please be aware of this and look out for your calling card. You can also email query@beautiful-soul.co.uk for your Royal Mail tracking number. Parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order.

International

Items will be sent via Air Mail Recorded Delivery. All orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail signed for delivery. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by your local postal service for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. You must collect your parcel within the set time outlined by your local postal service, after this time your postal service will return your parcel to us. Once you receive your email notification of your order dispatch, please be aware of this and look out for your calling card. You can also email query@beautiful-soul.co.uk for your order parcel tracking number. Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order.

Payment

‘Beautiful Soul Ltd.’ online shop, with its secure server, accepts all major debit cards, credit cards and PayPal. We can also accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheque. However, we accept no responsibility for the loss in the post.

All goods remain the property of ‘Beautiful Soul Ltd.’ until paid for in full/and or payment has cleared. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full/and or payment has cleared.

Returns and Exchange

Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy, or need to exchange it, please return the item within 14 days of receipt (from signature date).

To return items to ‘Beautiful Soul Ltd.’, please email: returns@beautiful-soul.co.uk with your full name, address, original order reference number, description of item being returned and your reason for the return/exchange. We will then email you with a unique returns reference code which you must include with your returned parcel. We cannot process your refund or replacement without this code.

Please return the unwanted purchase including a note detailing your returns reference code, name, address and telephone number to the following address within 14 days of receipt of goods: ‘Beautiful Soul Ltd.’, 13 Acklam Studios, 10 Acklam Road, London, W10 5QZ, United Kingdom.

Exchanging Your Purchase

For any returns, postage will be charged on both UK and overseas deliveries. Please return the item in the way described above. Remember to let us know what you would like to exchange your order for.

Refunds

A full refund is given if required for orders returned new and unworn* within 14 days from the date on which you received them (from signature date). All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card excluding delivery charges. Refunds of International Customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded from the refund.

*Original Condition and unworn means there are no marks or signs of wear on the items, and the items are returned in saleable condition. (All returned items will be checked thoroughly upon receipt). We cannot accept any returns if your order has been worn or marked. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
